After booking, you’ll receive a confirmation email with digital intake forms to fill out before your first session.

    We’ll work collaboratively to identify areas you’d like to focus on—whether it’s stress, relationships, anxiety, life transitions, or something else.
  4. Confidential & Judgment-Free Space
    Sessions are completely confidential. You’re welcome to share as little or as much as you feel comfortable.
  5. Ongoing Support
    Therapy is a journey. Some clients come for a few sessions, others longer—it’s entirely up to you. Your therapist will check in regularly to ensure the work feels helpful.

To find out, you need to contact your insurance provider directly to check for benefits-coverage for mental health, the types of professionals your plan covers (e.g., psychologists, Registered Clinical Counsellors), and the amount of your annual coverage. You can also check your employer's benefits booklet or online portal or ask the therapist if their services and designations are covered by your provider.

Yes, Linanna Therapy does offer direct billing for their services, handling the paperwork so you can focus on your recovery. They will submit claims directly to most major insurance providers on your behalf, making it easier to manage your mental health care.
